Hebrews 10:19-39

(Hebrews 10:19-39)

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,  By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God;  Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.  Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)  And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:  Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.  For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,  But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.  He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:  Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?  For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.  But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;  Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.  For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.  For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

We have been taught that Jesus offered a sin offering once and for all for believers. A.D. In 313, Emperor Constantino of Rome recognized Christianity as a state religion. However, while not being baptized, he killed many people illegally and practiced evil. He believed that if he was baptized, he would go to heaven, but he had uncertainty in faith about sinning after he was baptized. So, he thought to be baptized before he died. This is consistent with today's false Christianity. Today, false Christianity is thought to be saved if people believe it. Today, we are living in the worst generation of Christian history. The false gospel spreads more evil seeds than indulgences. This is because we live in an era where homosexuality is recognized at the national level as well as the false gospel.

The first content of the Sermon on the Mount was, Blessed are the poor in spirit. Heaven is ours. . The whole Sermon on the Mount is "Repent. He said " Otherwise, it's like building a house on the sand. Jesus said, "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?. And then will I profess unto them , I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

The important thing is not that I know Jesus, but that Jesus must know me. Powers can be exercised without repentance. Jesus knows the name of the repentant and writes it in the book of life. Repentance means a life of self-denial, united with Jesus Christ on the cross. Those who are united with Jesus Christ are in holy robe.

Lot's wife receives the grace of escaping from Sodom Castle with the help of an angel. Lot's sons-in-law met the angel and were told that God was destroying Sodom. Lot's wife was a believer enough to be with an angel, but she couldn't keep what the angel was saying. Do not look back, do not stay, go straight to the small castle. Lot's wife came out of Sodom Castle, but as he looked back, he became a salt pillar in the middle and could not enter Soal Castle.

Today, many people will be accepted differently from God's saying, "Don't be afraid I will be with you to the end." Why didn't God say this to Lot's wife? If you don't understand the whole Bible, it will happen. This does not apply to those who do not repent. The Lord makes the Holy Spirit regenerate only those who repent. Because repentance crucified itself.

Even though the Israelites drank water from the spiritual rock, they were destroyed in the wilderness because God was not pleased with the majority. The repentant does not drink spiritual water, but the water flows from the abdomen. This is the water of eternal life. Those who have come to see Jesus' miracles have come to Jesus without repentance. Jesus said that he healed many lepers, but there was only one who returned to the Lord.

In Bethsaida, Jesus said that he performed the most miracles, but no one repented. It is said that if these miracles were performed in Sodom and Gomorrah, many people would have repented and returned. People receive prophetic prayers, and even if they experience the Holy Spirit, they have the opportunity to repent, but they have nothing to do with salvation. Faith without repentance cannot be born again. Repentance is turning. Like the prodigal son's parable, he said to come back as a dead person, but if he does not return, he will not repent. In Mark 1:15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

This is synonymous with "repentance to God and faith in our Lord Jesus," spoken to the elders of Ephesus before the apostle Paul died. Only those who repent of God will have Jesus as Lord. Only those who crucify themselves with Jesus become repentants. The Lord Jesus calls the Father is the Lord God, even to us in Jesus. If you do not abide in Jesus' words, you will not be a true disciple. He said to the Jews who came to believe in Jesus, the devil. Why is that? Believe it or not, if you don't stay in the Word, you will be all demons. Those who dwell in the Word enter the truth. Jesus said, "I am the way and the truth and the life."

Those who stood on Mount Sinai were those who were delivered by God under the oppression of Pharaoh. In Hebrews 11:28-29, ``Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned. All the exodus people had faith. After 50 days of exodus, they stood under Mount Sinai. But God said, "He who climbs Mount Sinai will die." On Mount Sinai, God was a fearful God.

In Hebrews 12:19-20,
And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more: (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:'But in Chapter 12:22-24.But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,  To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,  And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

The one on Mount Sinai and the one on Mount Zion are different. Repentance is standing in front of Mount Sinai, which represents the fearful God. But the repentant is standing on Mount Zion, where Jesus Christ stood. He cannot stand in front of Mount Zion without repentance. Faith that we believe because we decide to believe cannot be saved. Only the faith associated with Jesus Christ who died on the cross becomes the saved faith. In Galatians 3:23, But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. "Before faith came, you were trapped in Mount Sinai." However, in 3:24, Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. "After faith comes, you stand on Mount Zion.

In Romans 12:1, I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Worship is not a sacred offering, just like the Old Testament blemish, but it is a blemish in Christ. It is spiritual worship to deny yourself and carry your cross. This is baptism, the sacrament, and worship. While living in this world, only Jesus on the cross must be grasped. God regenerates those who repent.
